Coffee - Cuterie Board
You may have heard of cheese boards aka charcuterie but what if we turn it into a coffee-cuterie which is a coffee-themed board! Sharing a few ideas that you can easily build at home, just think about what goes well with coffee. I have included almond croissant, trail-mix, fruits and of course homemade tiramisu, pairing it with a cup of honey cinnamon latte.
Here’s how you can make your own tiramisu and I have used Mr Coffee’s Single-Serve Frappe™, Iced, and Hot Coffee Maker and Blender to brew a nice cup of coffee for the intense coffee flavor in my tiramisu.

Ingredients: (makes 4x 6 oz ramekins)
12 ladyfingers
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
2.5 tbsp granulated sugar
3/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
2 1/2 tbsp coffee liquor
unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
Steps:
To brew the coffee, add 1 scoop of ground coffee to the brew basket and fill water to the 8 oz water line. Place a cup on the dispenser and brew the coffee.
Using a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whisk the whipping cream in a chilled bowl until it's at medium peak.
Set aside the cream and add in the mascarpone cheese and sugar and beat it until it's creamy and light. Make sure to not over beat this.
Add back in the whipped cream and 1 tbsp of coffee liquor and mix on low speed until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix in coffee and remaining coffee liquor.
Break the ladyfingers into pieces and gently soak it in the coffee mixture (2s dip) and fill the ramekin. Add a layer of cream mixture. Repeat the layering again until the ramekins are filled.
Chill the tiramisu for about 3 hours. Dust some cocoa powder before serving.
For a full coffee-cuterie
To build the coffee-cuterie, place your favorite centerpiece in the middle of the board. Start from one direction, place the bigger items first and in opposite directions, then gradually layer in smaller items to fill in the gaps. You can pick any of your favorite coffee items but I recommend adding some colorful items like fresh berries or citrus fruits to make the board more exciting and colorful!
